​A 9,000m² commercial warehouse development in Strabane, where McMenamin Construction delivered the reinforced concrete works package. Our scope included excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement and precision installation of holding-down bolts to foundations, together with RC walls, floor slabs and external concrete yards. The works incorporated approximately 2,400m² of high-quality fair-faced concrete walls, 9,000m² of polished concrete flooring and 8,000m² of external concrete yard, all delivered to a high standard of finish suitable for a large-scale commercial facility.
