McMenamin Construction Ltd delivered the reinforced concrete package for the Broughshane Street Apartments, including RC foundations, structural walls, columns, lift shaft and first-floor reinforced concrete slab.

Our works covered the complete formwork, reinforcement and concrete operations. The formwork was exposed concrete formwork, finished to a fair-faced standard. We tied the foundation slab and tied the reinforcement for the first-floor slab, delivering all structural concrete elements maintaining a high standard of workmanship throughout the project.
