NI WATER HUB.

Delivery of the reinforced concrete package for the new NI Water Hub Building, comprising RC foundations, substantial ground beams and high-quality finished floor slabs.

The ground beam package was completed in a single continuous 380m³ concrete pour, requiring careful planning and coordination to ensure efficient placement and continuity throughout the structure. The floor slabs incorporated tied reinforcement with a mesh top layer, followed by concrete placement and specialist finishing to achieve a high-quality polished concrete surface.

The works demonstrate our capability to deliver large-scale reinforced concrete pours from formwork and reinforcement through to concrete placement and final finishing.
